We are placed at CABD at the University Pablo de Olavide of Sevilla, and we are interesting in sequence analysis, mainly protein annotation and gene prediction. In addition, we are working with sequences related to bacterial infections, including CRISPR-Cas systems, and rare human diseases such as the Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
